Summary: We choose turkey retreat for a stop on our way to Florida. We are so happy we did! It was one of the best VRBOs we have ever stayed at. It was quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. Fully stocked Kitchen. Fire Pit was perfect for s'mores, hotdogs and hobo dinners. Our 5 and 2 year olds loved hiking the trails, feeding the fish and playing on the hammock. We for sure will think of this place first next time we want a luxurious cabin retreat.

Summary: Thank you so much for sharing such a special place with us! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Turkey Lake! The kids loved fishing, canoeing, s’mores at the campfire and playing with toy cars on the porch!! My husband and I enjoyed the luxurious details of the house! The mattress and bedding were heavenly! Liz and Mark’s hospitality made us feel welcomed as soon as we entered the gates to the driveway! We cannot wait to return!

Summary: We absolutely adored Turkey Lake! So quiet and peaceful. Trying to plan our next trip back already! Kitchen was perfect and stocked with everything we needed. Liz and Mark were great with communication and it the cabin was so clean and organized. They went above and beyond to make our family feel at home!

Summary: It was a fabulous weekend that left everyone wanting to plan a return trip! We came up for the weekend and had a perfect restful hangout - relaxing on the screened in porch, morning coffee on the front porch swings, pre-dinner drinks on the dock, great kitchen for preparing meals, and evening by the fire pit. Couldn’t have asked for a better escape. We walked the trails and brought kayaks for the lake. Left feeling recharged and with great memories. Every bit as charming as it looks!
