Summary: Stayed here for game weekend, its not a bad drive to Oxford. Host is very responsive, when coffee maker broke she was over in a flash with another one!

Summary: I rent this for my family to stay with my 86 mother. My brother and sister in law stayed the beginning of the week who absolutely loved the house and the location. Loves the quiet, the deer and being able to drink their coffee outside in nature. All the comforts of home. The last part of the week my elderly father in law, sister in law and teenage nephew came in to town for graduation and they were very comfortable also. Loved the house and said, “it has a familiar feel about it.” Truly a house I will always try to rent. The owners even helped me get a beautician to fix my moms hair—who were amazing in Water Valley. If you need hair cut or fixed try family hairloom in WaterValley. They are great. The owners of the this property are the nicest people…always able to reach, help with a problem and friendly. Thank you so much.

Summary: Perfect getaway for football weekend. Close enough for easy travel into town, but away from the hustle for a quiet getaway.

Summary: All I really need to say about our stay was it was just great! The ONLY negative thing to say is that my team lost the football game we were in town to watch! We were here mostly for a game at ole Ms, the property was an easy 25 min drive through the country to Oxford. This property is a bit out in the country across the road from a beautiful field of cotton, very peaceful and a welcome change from the usual motel/hotel stay. We really felt at home here, the host was soo nice and answered every message we sent very promptly. The house was perfect, they even supplied some treats and things like laundry detergent and much more! The nearby town of Water Valley was "Mayberry" of Andy Griffith show, the town folk showed the southern hospitality that we always hear about. All in all, this was a stay that will be a memory we will cherish forever! Would give it six stars if I could!
