Positive: We thought the house was one of luxury. There was a lot of thought put into the presentation of the house and what helps people feel relaxed /welcomed. All the pre-emails , were useful and again ease of travel arrangements, if required. The tray bake , on arrival , was very yummy too 😊 Thank you 😊v

Positive: Lovely cosy cottage with everything you could need in a village location just outside Lincoln. Thoughtfully designed with lots of nice historic touches. Loved the freestanding Victorian bath and the old Lincolnshire photos in the lounge. Very comfortable bed. Good kitchen facilities and appliances. Easy to deal with host. Highly recommend.
Negative: Couldn't get the kettle to work, but it's a complicated SMEG one so that may have just been me!

Positive: Great place. Lots of space for one or two travellers. Tastefully furnished and decorated with very comfortable bed and great bathroom upstairs with kitchen and living downstairs - plenty of appliances. In a super convenient location in Branston
Negative: At first I was concerned it was right on the street. No garden or barrier from the rod but it’s so well glazed and Branston is quiet enough it was no problem.

Positive: This is a great property once you are inside the door! Like has already been said it is a lovely retreat with good facilities and is fashionably decorated. Its location to amenities and attractions near by is also good. It would be a 10 if scored on the accommodation alone. Booked as we wanted to be in Branston itself.
Negative: Not being able to park at, or use the owners courtyard for drop-off, as the property is directly onto a a busy crossroads and traffic lights. You have to pull up onto the narrow pavement on double yellow lines. Not the best idea at busy/night/ or poor weather times. Parking can be found in the street further up.
Summary: Excellent property, nice village, good access to local RAF history and proximity to Lincoln.

Positive: Good location in the village to visit my family. Near to local supermarket pub fish and chips and pharmacy. Very clean and cosy. Comfortable bed. Kitchen had everything you needed for a short stay. Beautifully decorated.
Negative: Not to do with the inside which is gorgeous it’s simply the location but parking was a problem maybe because it was the weekend but we had to park a long way from the cottage and found our car hemmed in the following morning probably from people living in a street with limited off road parking available. It was also incredibly noisy as so near the traffic lights with cars pumping their music out whilst stationary and waking us at 4am.
Summary: It’s a beautiful cosy cottage for two well maintained with a lovely bedroom and comfy bed.
