Negative: The couches were too low.Most of the party were over 65 and it was a struggle to get up.The pillows need replacing as everyone remarked they were too soft..Other than these things everything was great.

Summary: We all enjoyed our stay and would recommend the bungalow to anyone.

Positive: We had 9 staying (5 Adults 4 children) and we had plenty of room. Garden was great for the kids. We all enjoyed our stay. Good cafe next door

Positive: The location is half way on the Yorkshire Wolds Way so good for walks. Beverley an interesting town is relativly near and is worth a visit. Wharram Percy the site of a medieval villge is intersting and about 7 miles away. The bungalow is spacious with lots of hanging and storage spaces. Not luxurious but comfortable and good value.

Negative: The lighting especially in the kitchen was weak. The garden bushes and plants would benefit from a trim as they overhung part of the path to the front door

Positive: Such a lovely building, and enclosed garden with ample parking for our 4 cars.So much space and everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Close to a shop and petrol station Right next door to a cafe that serves exceptional food. The staff are so friendly and helpful. There is a village pub that is very quirky serving lovely home cooked food and stocks a variety of drinks very friendly staff. The bungalow is just around the corner from the Yorkshire wolds walk way that has stunning views.
