Summary: Beautiful home and property. Back yard was perfect for our dogs! Kitchen is stocked with the basics for cooking. The kitchen is stocked with hand soap and dish soap that smells so good! The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. Also black makeup cloth. Plenty of towels and wash cloths. Home is in a nice quiet neighborhood. The Boroughs are so kind and receptive to any questions or request you might have. We enjoyed our stay! We didn’t want to leave! I will definitely save this property for the future!

Summary: This was our first time to Charleston and we can’t wait to go back! The house was so perfect that we didn’t want to leave! The design and decor of the house really caught my eye! And we especially loved that there were 4 bedrooms so everyone was comfortable and had plenty of space. It is located within 30 minutes from pretty much anything you want to do in the Charleston area. My dogs loved the back yard and we loved that we didn’t have to worry about them escaping. I will definitely be saving this property for the future because we already can’t wait to come back to visit Charleston.

Summary: Beautiful white brick home and property. Back yard was perfect for the kids to play. There is patio furniture and a fire pit if you wish to use it. The kitchen it stocked with the basics you need to cook and use the dish washer ( no dish soap bring some). Each bedroom had hand towel, wash rags and a towel for each prson that can stay in each room. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash! Each bathroom had black make up towels as well. Which I thought was a nice touch as a woman. We had a minor issue with the thermostat not cooling below 76 degrees. Reached out to the Boroughs and they got back to us with in 15 minutes. And a maintenence repair man in the hour whom fixed the issue within another hour. Overall very pleased with communication and how things worked out. The Boroughs have set up a beautiful home in a nice quiet neighborhood. And we highly recommended it!

Summary: This house was such a great stay! My family and I enjoyed the cute theme of the house, and loved that they had cornhole & a ping pong table available! The location was great and not too far from lots of fun things to do. We noticed that the hall bathroom door was not properly closing or locking for privacy, so we contacted the host and they promptly resolved the issue for us. They had someone come to the house, fix the issue, and leave in less than an hour! I would recommend this listing!

Summary: Beautifully decorated. Everything updated. Very large, comfortable beds. Had all of the amenities-coffee, filters, detergent, q-tips, nice shampoo and conditioner, makeup wipes, soaps, etc. You don’t always get all that in a house rental so it’s appreciated. Quiet neighborhood. Easy to get in and check out. TV’s in all the rooms with streaming. Nice big yard. Great communication with the property manager. Prompt answering any questions/concerns. The only thing I would change is the curtains. They are little thin shades and you can see in at night when the lights are on. You also get a lot of light from the neighbors at night and sun in the morning. So thicker shades you can draw in the bedrooms and living room would be my only suggestion.
