Summary: The property was as is described in the listing with the exception of number of beds. With the exception of there being 2 queen size beds in the master all the other rooms have fewer beds than listed. The Guest bedroom list 2 double beds and 1 twin when in fact there is 1 double bed and 1 twin. The Spare bedroom list 4 double beds when in fact there are 2 double beds. While the unit was fairly clean we got the feeling that maybe the cleaners had been rushed before our visit because the floors did not appear to have been swept very well (hair on bathroom floors upon arrival), coffee or something spilled on the front porch including the cushions on the outdoor furniture. Overall a nice place to stay for the price and conveniently located but was a little disappointed in the cleanliness after such high reviews.

Summary: I went on vacation to cure writer’s block, and decided to take my adolescent youths with me. The place was inviting, perfect size for everyone to have personal space, and the overall experience was amazing. I would most likely rent it again.

Summary: This place was a great value. Plenty of amenities and good places near by, just like advertised. One or two minor points of criticism though... Someone who really cares about the place should spend a few night here and fix what they find. One of the dressers was built incorrectly and the drawers want to fall out on your feet if you try to use it like a normal dresser. There's plenty of lamps, but no extension cords, so half the lamps don't work. Little things like that are just friction though. After a few more solid uses of the place, they'll get it broken in right!

Summary: Property was nice and really convenient to get to. Close to 526 and the airport. An increase in paper products like toilet paper, tissues, and paper towels on the premise would have been appreciated. Also, it would be great to have plates and silverware for everyone who can sleep in the house. We bought paper plates and used a mix of regular silverware and plasticware because there wasn't enough to go around. We slept 8 fully grown adults here just fine. An abundance of towels were supplied and appreciated. There was an issue with a water leak in the one bedroom which we told the owner about and they promptly tried to fix. Dishwasher was unusable and water to the fridge for ice and filtered water was not connected/usable. Overall not a terrible experience. Nice place to hang out for a little and sleep in. Owner was very kind and let us have a late check out as our flight didn't leave until the afternoon and my hard to move 91-yr old grandmother appreciated the comforts of the house for an extra couple hours compared to spending that time at the airport.
