Positive: Very comfortable and well-equipped accommodation. Appreciated the extra provisions in the fridge and the whole property felt relatively new and immaculately clean. Host was responsive and helpful.

Negative: Toilet seat was loose and the sliding doors took some getting used to. The half step down to the bathroom and bedrooms at the rear was a potential hazard at night and worth noting for future guests. The neighbours were a little defensive when we politely asked them to turn the music down, but within an hour it was off entirely.

Summary: Quaint, clean and comfortable house in a sleepy town.

Positive: Clean and new. Very pet friendly. Plenty of balls in the yard for our dog and well fenced off.

Negative: Probably could have done with outdoor mats at the front and back doors to wipe our feet. It was a very cold night, the wall heating didn’t heat the place very well, but the wood heater made up for it.

Summary: All in all. Very nice, had pretty much everything we needed. Would stay again.

Positive: There was no breakfast supplied. Location is not within walking distance to town.

Negative: A few suggestions. Fire tools are necessary if you want to light the fire. Please supply paper and kindling as well. The doonas were far too thin for the winter. We had to leave the heater on all night because we were freezing. Also a bath mat should be supplied as the tiles are very slippery in the bathroom. Water pressure was ridiculous. It was a trickle in the shower. I’m not complaining, just giving feedback
