Positive: Beautiful, quaint room with a lovely sitting area on the landing outside our room. The staff were warm, friendly and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. The grounds were gorgeous. We were nearby to the Bird Sanctuary which was fantastic.

Positive: My room was comfy. Bed was comfy. Heater worked. Water was hot.

Negative: I was surprised that it was on a loud and busy road. I just didn't expect that. I certainly wasn't going to go out for a walk around the neighborhood!!

Positive: There should be some more items in the menu. It was very limited

Negative: Ala car-te was not encouraged in lunch and dinner...and the price charged was very high with respect to the menu given..

Positive: I liked the location of the property as it's very close to the Bird Sanctuary. There is lots of greenery within and around the property so it was a very soothing experience with fresh air around but as there was a lot of greenery around I suggest they should place more mosquito repellants within the property. Room service for food is not available so it's not convenient to go down to the restaurant every time. The food is excellent and staff is very polite. I suggest that the property can install elevators to go up to the floors as we had to climb stairs every time. Bathrooms are clean and big in size. They can provide Spa services also. Overall it's a beautiful property to relax and unwind with kids as they have beautiful lawns. within the property.
