Summary: The Big House was perfect for our family of 13. Heating the pool was worth it. The big couch was the BEST! Great location too - quiet and close to downtown Gilbert and Queen Creek destinations. We will be back!

Summary: We rented this Vrbo for my father in law's 80th birthday week with our extended family (ages 1-80 years old). The property offered many activities for every age and provided everything we needed for our large family to stay for the week. This is a great home with lots of fun included!

Summary: The house was amazing, I loved the layout especially with multiple bathrooms being central to everyone. The outside area was amazing we had plenty to do. We loved the large sofa in the living room it was so nice to sit around and hang out with our large group. The kitchen had everything that we needed and we enjoyed the outdoor BBQ as well. The only downfall we had was the temperature of the pool. The were here over 4th of July and it was extremely hot which made the pool very warm. I know there is nothing that could really be done about this but the owners did send out the pool person to try to get more water circulating to cool it down and it did help a little. Other then that the house was 100% perfect!

Summary: Next year will be our third visit to this residence. So, it suits our family and we have an enjoyable time. The pool is great and so is the pickleball court. The outside area is large and very important as it enables us to move around and visit with each other. In combination with the family room, it is very comfortable for freedom of activities.

Summary: House was a great layout. I didn’t like that we didn’t get the address until check in time. This made it very difficult for all my guests to coordinate shopping for groceries and getting to the house at check in time. There is also 3 palm trees right next to the pool so I spent hours cleaning debris out of the pool and throughout the day in order for my guests to be able to use the pool. This debris was also all over the patio and bbq area so it would have been nice to have a lawn and leaf blower. We didn’t use the patio area much because of this. Lots of room for people but they are very strict on no additional guests are allowed over it is strictly for lodging. Was also frustrated that the owner was at the house at 9am the day of checkout to receive a furniture delivery. I had let them know that this would make me uncomfortable however it was already scheduled. We decided to pack up early and try to be out by 9am even though we purposely scheduled our flight for the afternoon so that we could utilize the pool that morning. The owner ended up giving us money to go have breakfast which was very thoughtful, when the wife gave us the money we were told that he had the option to have the delivery come the next day, so that was a little frustrating to hear. Nobody wants to be in someone else’s house with them there when they have rented the property, even though the owner is very kind.

Summary: The house was in a great location. close to restaurants, shopping and things to do. The pool and patio area was the perfect lounging place for the family. We Bbq'd and enjoyed the pool table and basketball court as well. The bedrooms were spread out in groupings with bathrooms, making it feel like you had your own space for larger families. It was a great house, would stay again when having family to accommodate.

Summary: The Big House is the best place we have rented in the past 25 years. It was immaculately clean when we arrived and was even better than the website photos showed. The kitchen was massive and had a full range of quality appliances, pots, pans and cutlery, dishes and tableware. The bedrooms and bed linens were excellent. The outdoor amenities, including a pool table, pingpong table, foosball game, pickleball court and basketball hoop, were great. The swimming pool was very clean with a lot of pool floats and toys as well as large pool towels for all 11 of us. Best of all, our host, Jessica, was awesome. We had a very minor problem that she took care of immediately when we called her. Everyone of us loved the "Big House" and would definitely rent it again.

Summary: We were thrilled with this property. It had the perfect amount of space and activities. We probably should have paid for heat in the pool even though the temps were in the 80's when we were there. We loved having laundry available and the kitchen was well stocked.
