Summary: We had an amazing time here! The house was clean and well maintained. It was so great having access to the kayaks and outdoor games and the pool table inside. It’s hard traveling with children and having to find somewhere that will be fun and entertaining for them too, but this place went above and beyond.

Summary: The house was as described - but was still nicer than expected. The neighborhood around the lake is clean and quiet and with the warm weather if made a good place to take peaceful walks each morning. The kitchen was especially well appointed with everything you might need for cooking or bbq (there is a grill out back). There is a huge, comfortable couch for watching TV, the bedrooms were comfortable, and having a garage is a great bonus in Phoenix (where you don't want to leave your car outside in the heat, if it can be avoided). Our only complaint was with the low-flow shower heads, but those are probably mandated in Phoenix.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this lovely home on the water. It was set up perfectly! The kitchen was very well equipped. The beds and bedrooms are all quite comfortable. The owners communicate clearly and are very responsive. highly recommend renting this property!
