Positive: Location very good, near to Mongkok station, especially travelling from airport can straight sit A21 to Mongkok bus stop. staff very friendly and kind, environment is very relaxing. Don’t forget ichiran ramen is just a few blocks beside.

Negative: No bidet, so for tourist coming from South East Asia, this can be a slight minus. But aside that, everything is near to perfect!

Positive: The location was good. Safe area, particularly for solo travelers. Some food available near by when it's late at night.

Negative: Only thing is that the staff is very particular, and they do not have a toilet you can use after check out (e.g. if you leave your luggage behind and return to pick it up, you won't be allowed to use the washroom).

Summary: Great for short stays, don't expect too much
