Positive: Stayed in KamMum House for 6 nights as a solo female traveller and had an amazing experience. The staff who checked me in and out were super lovely which put me at ease from the get-go. The room and common area was clean and cozy, with easy access to extra toiletries and wifi. The location was amazing - super close to MTR, bus links to-and-from airport and shopping. Was able to move in all directions across HK and felt comfortable getting back to room late as security always on the lifts, and Nathan street busy. Other guests were very courteous - keeping noise low and respecting others space. Overall, highly recommend this accommodation!

Positive: Location was good and the staff were friendly. The pictures with directions helped a lot to find the hotel on the 21st floor

Negative: The towels provided were like a large dry baby wipe and seemed to be disposable. They were very low quality and you were required to pay for additional towels. The shower was right above the toilet and was inconvenient to use. A shower head stand on the wall next to the toilet would improve things a lot. The window looked out onto a cluttered balcony which frequently had people on looking into the room.
