Rules:
--Please turn off air-conditioner before leaving the room, and turn off the water heater after shower in order to save energy. Otherwise, the guest will be fined 300 HKD each time discovered. Please understand.
--The room is passcode locked and you will do the check-in by yourself with the passcode we send you after successful reservation
--Thorough cleaning will be done before guests check in. We dont provide everyday cleaning during guests staying. Please keep the place clean.
--There is a big garbage can next to the safe exit. Please take garbage out by yourself to keep the room clean.
--No Smoking
--No Pets
--Check-in after 3:00 P.M.

Summary: Good location and comfortable but need more clean and tidy

Summary: You get what you pay for, with just a few steps from the night market and street food galore, the place is great for 2 people who loves the busy night life of Hong Kong/Kowloon. Very accessible to transportation: MTR and Bus stations. Flat is a bit small for claustrophobic people, esp. the Comfort Room. Also, there is an addition of clean-up fee which is somewhat a hidden charge? Throughout our stay, it was just me and my friends who cleaned the room. Nevertheless, if you just want a place to sleep and recharge, this place is great. :)

Summary: The unit is very clean. The location is easy to commute and it is in the central of Mongkok. I high recommend this to others. We arrived early and the owner was there to do the clean up. He found that the door lock is broken and he fixed it right away.

Summary: Selina, is a great host and was very responsive. The apartment is clean, newly renovated and large by HK standards. I do wish the showerhead was about 6 inches higher. 5 minute walk to Mongkok station, laundy just around the corner. Great location...
