Summary: Reception was not open by the time we got to the hotel even though it was 9am and the online check-in option was also unavailable (i.e. the message we got was check-in not possible, come back at 3pm!).

Summary: The staff couldn't do enough for us and went over and above that expected. Very clean rooms and building. Comfortable beds. Good shower. The nearest u-bahn station was a 15/20 minute walk. The bus stop was close by with buses a bit less regular than trains. Ebikes and scooters on local streets for rent. No tea/ coffee facilities in rooms but you can get hot drinks when staff are on duty and there is a communal kettle downstairs.

Summary: The room was really clean. The Staff was exceptional when checked in. Observed we were exhausted from the flight and had the room made up first and allowed a very early checkin.

Summary: It is a very convenient location for me between two families houses that I visit every September - unfortunately this year my visit coinciding with Oktoberfest meant I had a lesser room for a greater cost - but it was still nice - view amazing - staff nice - gym fantastic !!! And I’ll be back again next year …!!!
