Positive: Nice new facility inside room and good to have public facilities of coworking area and gyms and vending machine. Location is outskirt, but it was Oktoberfest and already difficult to find anything!

Negative: The organising can be better - e.g. payments got hiccups; room got cleaned assuming I'm checked out while I haven't with still stuffs inside room (and some got thrown away by mistake)

Summary: Good department-like hotel with nice facilities, Organisation needs some improvement.

Positive: The check-in and check-out process was very easy, even self-service when the receptionist wasn’t available. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, with a nice design and a pleasant view from the window. Overall, it was a great stay✨

Negative: The location isn’t the best, as it’s a 15–20 minute walk to the subway, and the bus to the subway stop doesn’t run on Sundays or late evenings. The area feels quite industrial and a bit intimidating to walk alone at night. Also, cleaning and towel changes are only done once a week, though this wasn’t an issue for me.
