Positive: Location is Amazing, home is presented beautifully with lots of room. Garage was bonus to lock car up at night. Hosts were very helpful. Would stay here again

Negative: Upstairs bedrooms were extremely hot, only one room had a pedestal fan. Hard floors were dirty upon arrival and needed a good sweep & mop

Negative: Only 6 of crockery and cutlery meant we needed to constantly do dishes... another set would make for an easier experience. Also the lack of a clothesline or dryer made washing difficult when it was wet.

Summary: Great location close to shops, pub and 13th beach and river depending on what the weather is doing.

Positive: This was a lovely property, exceptionally well presented with quality fittings, furnishings, bedding and very clean. Good off-street parking and very close to the main street, the hotel and the river. The lockbox was easy to find at the front door.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay and would definitely re-book if we were travelling to Barwon Heads in the future
