Ideal for singles, couples or friends (who don't mind sharing a queen size bed) . 5 Mins drive to Barwon heads river surf beaches bars cafes & restaurants (nice 20 min walk ) Great walks coffee and wineries. 1 bedroom retreat. Studio room with ensuite. A private entrance. NOT A FULL HOUSE.

Summary: Had everything we needed and it was convenient to local attractions that interested us. Comfortable bed and armchair. The toilet end of the bathroom was tight but manageable and the shower was excellent. The hosts were nice people.
