Positive: The hotel was spotlessly clean. The outdoor and indoor pools were warm and the changing rooms were lovely. The food was very good with plenty of choice for breakfast and very nice bar food. The staff were friendly and polite. Wouldn't hesitate staying again.

Positive: The room was clean and rooms next door to one another which was brilliant.

Negative: I booked through booking.com which stated it was 0.7 miles from the venue we were at which when we arrived it wasn’t it was a 30 minute drive.

Positive: The pools were lovely, and my daughter went every day. The room was comfortable, and we were situated at the back of the hotel. Unfortunately, we did hear the workman working on a broken panel for two mornings. The breakfast had a great variety of food; we were spoiled for choice, and we ate an evening dinner that was also nice.

Negative: The only thing would be to have more activities for the kids.

Summary: Wonderful the children loved the hotel would like to stay again!

Positive: Lovely hotel with great facilities. The pools are great. Rooms very nice and clean. Very friendly staff. The added bonus with the kids club voucher was a lovely touch. Free kids drinks, ice cream and free dinner with a paying adult.
