Welcome to the Barn at Merrydell. We invite you to come stay at the Barn. We are located in the foothills of North Carolina in a small community known as Traphill. We are five minutes from Stone Mountain State park. We offer a true country setting with beautiful views, peace and quite. Here one is able to fish, hike, golf or just relax.. We are minutes from the Thurmond Chatham game land, Blueridge Parkway and of course Stone Mountain. This area is also loaded with several vineyards. We are actually located in a renovated barn on a working farm.

Summary: It was CLEAN - gorgeous! A place i would definately consider going to stay for longer. We came to town for a wedding so we were not there for much other than to sleep, but would have LOVED to stay there for a few days to relax. The only complication was Expedia had the wrong destination in the email link but the hosts spoke to us directly (twice) to make sure we knew where to go and how to contact them with any issues ! LOVED IT
