Summary: The house was perfect, tons of space for our family vacation(4 adults & 5 kids). Property manager and owner were very welcoming and responsive. Views from the back deck were amazing. Everyone loved kayaking off the beach at the house.

Summary: Absolutely incredible views! The house was beautiful and very clean. The property manager Luke met us when we arrived which was very refreshing! He showed us the property and told us the places for groceries, dining out, boat rentals etc.. This property came with new kayaks and paddle boards too! Love love this property and will definitely be back!

Summary: Just returned from a week long stay at the Island House. The property is as advertised and Jack is an absolute pro as a host. He gave us all the insights on the island and made our trip so much better. Will be back!!!!

Summary: The house is beautiful, with a large living area and a nice view. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, modern appliances, water fountain…etc. We enjoyed canoeing around (there are 12 canoes accessible right down the house), nice swimming pool and well designed external showers. The bedrooms are confortable. There’s enough space to park several cars in front of the house. Adding to the perfectly designed house, John is a very nice host, very responsive to our needs and sharing useful tips. It’s a 5 stars rental !

Summary: Overall this was a Fantastic Birthday Weekend. This was our 1st time visiting Exuma so everything we planned was on impulse. The house (Island Bahama House) was cozy, clean and beautiful. If you’re looking for seclusion, relaxation and peace….. this is the best choice for you. It is a good distance from the main harbouring towns closest to (Georgetown) however you can get there between 30-40 minutes of everything. Small restaurants and supermarkets are within this same radius. Tropic of Cancer Beach and Santanna’s was approximately 20-25 minutes away via car from the house. The pool and shoreline (beach) at the house were nice however we did not indulge them. The patio /deck was nice early mornings to watch the sunrise and be ONE with God and nature…. Don’t forget your coffee. The owner(s) and staff were very accommodating and continued to check on us, our safety and needs. They were wonderful!!! We will visit again for sure!!!

Summary: Our family had the most amazing vacation! Exuma is beyond fabulous, but so was the Bahama Island House. Check-in was smooth, the house was immaculate, the pool was perfect! But the view was probably our favorite part. We used the kayaks almost daily for exploring. The kitchen had everything you need to cook meals. Jack and his team were super helpful with suggestions of places to go and things to do. We can't wait to go back and would definitely stay in this house again!

Summary: Our family enjoyed staying in this gorgeous home! We cooked most of our meals and the kitchen had all the supplies we needed! The blender was broken and Luke delivered a new one the next day! The open living space over looking the beautiful water was just what we needed after a Long Beach day! We loved being able to use the kayaks to visit "The Cut"!

Summary: We were debating between this house and another and we are so happy we chose Jack and this amazing property. We were greeted months prior to arrival with all the information and details we could have possibly needed. Then a week prior again with more details for arrival. Once on the island Luke the property manager greeted us with a smile and our groceries at the time we were r arrive at the house. The house was clean, comfortable and pictures were as shown. We had a terrible rain storm think like over your knees in town in some low spots. And when we arrived home due to the wind and rain some leaks were in the living room. Jack was on it with a trustworthy contractor out the next day and for our inconvenience (which there really was none) 2 bottles of wine showed up. When my husband had an ear ache he was right on the ball with recommendations and when we were thinking our flight might be canceled (it was not) he was on the ball with trying to help. I can’t say enough about this host and this house. It was everything. The only thing that I can say bad was my preference of mattress is very soft and these were not. However that is just personal preference and nothing that messed up my trip at all. They were not terrible by any means.
