We have always deep cleaned and are currently cleaning in line with COVID 19 guidelines. Our housekeeping team do deep clean and sanitize before and after, all guests stays at Dream Maker.
We are currently developing this lovely villa. It has not been rented out previously to 2019, and as yet we do not have many reviews. Dream Maker will speak for itself when you arrive, situated in the most beautiful place in the Bahamas, Moriah Harbour Cay.
Come and stay in our beautiful villa with breathtaking views of Moriah Harbour Cay National Park. Wake up with the sound of the ocean lapping the shore with the breeze gently rustling the abundant palms. Watch the dolphins, turtles, stingrays sharks and fish swim by, from the upper or lower deck or down by the jetty.
Swim, snorkel and kayak, directly from the small private cove/beach, we have three, two single Pelican kayaks and one tandem, use them to explore the most beautiful area of Man o War Cay and Moriah Harbour Cay National Park.
Rent a boat and have the convenience of having it moored ‘right outside’ on your own private dock, ready to jump in and be away, exploring the glorious seas around Exuma.
Dream Maker is a large property surrounded by lush tropical gardens and palm trees, steps down to the private beach, boat dock and jetty.
Open the front door and you will be greeted by the spectacular view of the blue seas of Moriah Harbour Cay. Walk through the villa to the veranda deck and I guarantee you will be drawn immediately to venture outside, down to the private beach area, dock and jetty, towards the blue, blue sea.
There is a Bahamian feel to the cool spacious interior situated on the two floors of the property. To the west side of the ground floor, the master bedroom with French doors to the veranda has unforgettable views with en-suite bathroom and plenty of closet space. The second bedroom with queen sized bed also with en-suite bathroom is again located on the ground floor to the west side of the property.
Also on the ground floor is the kitchen with bar seating area for 3 people. There is a reading/quite area, dining table and chairs seating 6 people together with adjacent table seating a further 4. Comfortable sofa seating for 6 people is centred around the 65” smart TV. There is free wifi with a good signal as the mast is located in the Hartswell area.
All living, eating areas on the lower floor have spectacular views of Moriah Harbour Cay National Park. There are French doors from both the dining and living areas onto the spacious veranda. The veranda certainly has a tropical feel being surrounded with palms and wonderful flora and fauna of the Bahamas which attracts a multitude of birds including the mesmerising hummingbird.
The smart TV with very good sound enables you to play your favourite songs while lazing on the outside veranda deck area, watching the bone fishermen across on the flats, wave to boaters as they pass or simply chilling.
On the veranda we have hammocks, loungers and chairs, there are also floatation toys if you just want to float in the amazing water with your chilled drink.
A further half bathroom is located from the back inner hall.
The second floor of the property has a further 2 bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other a family room has a queen size bed. together with a twin. There is plenty of closet space including draw units so luggage can be stored out of site. A further queen bed is located on the large landing with freestanding screen to give some privacy. The third bathroom is also located on the second floor.
There is plenty of storage for 11 people.
Dream Maker is located in Hartswell on a private road and has a long driveway, with plently of space to park your rental cars. Hartswell is approximately 10 minutes drive from George Town and 30 minutes from the airport.
We are very close to the stunning beaches of Forbes Hill and Tropic of Cancer, both only a few minutes drive away, on little Exuma.
The house is spacious, having plenty of room for up to eleven guests, with lots of outdoor space to enjoy.
The dock is on the deep water channel to enable you to easily manoeuvre your boat out and about and see the sights of Exuma by water.

Summary: We had a fabulous time on Exuma and our stay at Dream Maker was excellent! We rented a boat from Island Exclusive and they were fantastic too. Brought the boat to us and picked it up. The dock was a favorite of ours. Spent every morning there with a coffee watching the turtles and a shark! Snorkeling right off the dock was incredible too. More life than we expected. And one night we had an amazing lightening storm off in the distance that we all sat and watched from the dock. There was construction next door that started early in the mornings but not to the point that it bothered us. The house was well stocked with all we needed. Loved the location for access to town too.

Summary: The house was perfect, the location was perfect, the host were exceptional. One of the most uniquely beautiful locations I have ever stayed at. Dock for a boat, came with kayaks which you can use to go into the park. Best kitchen ever. Summary: Dream Maker was wonderful; more beautiful and spacious than the pictures show. Property was clean inside and out. Plenty of beach needs and wants were readily available (floats, masks, snorkels, chairs, towels, kayaks) along with a few basic starter staples such as sunscreen and kitchen condiments. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils. The view was stunning and provided a most peaceful setting. We kayaked across the water to the sand bars of Moriah Harbour (just be careful if the water is choppy because your arms will be wore out). Lorainne was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The drive from the airport was an easy 20 minutes, just watch for potholes. Rent a vehicle way in advance so you don't run the risk of not getting one! Stop at Prime Meats and Smitty's and a liquor store on the way so you don't have to come back out! The only con was the air conditioners did not evenly cool the bedrooms. We had to leave the door open to the master bedroom and set a fan in the hall to direct cool air into the bedroom while sleeping; also some mattresses were comfortable and some were not so comfy. I would definitely stay again!

Summary: The Dream Maker was our favorite stay in Exuma. It was extremely accommodating, comfortable, and the location was perfect! Not only are you on an amazing harbor that you can snorkel around to see amazing sea life, but you are in the middle of tropic of cancer beach and Georgetown. The house is also located 6 min from Blu, which is a must for a fine dining experience. The house has everything you need and spacious room. The patio view was breath taking. The house manager is extremely quick to respond if you need anything and it was a pleasure working with the owner, Lorraine. We highly recommend this amazing house for your stay.

Summary: We had 4 adults and 4 teen kids in the house and found it perfect for our group. The pictures don't do it justice. We were pleasantly surprised at how much bigger it was than we expected. The view from the back porch was fantastic. Loved having a dock/mooring ball for a boat that we rented. Highly recommend.

Summary: We made a very last minute trip and a last minute booking. Owner was very responsive and helpful. As with most out island experiences in the Bahamas, the home was a little off the beaten path. We loved the location right on Moriah Harbour. The dock and provided kayaks were nice. The house was well equipped with everything that you would need. The famous Tropic of Cancer Beach is a short drive to the south on Little Exuma and Georgetown is about 15 minutes north for your market needs. I highly recommend contacting Capt Theo at Tours R Us if you want a personal water tour of the highlights that Exuma has to offer. He will pick you up and drop you off on the dock of the house. Overall, we had a great experience staying at "Dream Maker" and would definately consider staying there again.
