Positive: We regularly visit south Wales to visit family. This was perfect. The annex is very clean and comfortable with everything you need. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment, there are TVs in the lounge and bedroom and there is even an iron if needed. Plenty of parking and the instructions made it nice and easy to find! I would very much recommend this property.

Negative: Nothing at all!

Positive: Apartment was exceptionally clean. The heating was very efficient. The Christmas tree was a nice touch. We only needed a bed for the nights we were there, I picked it as it was close to where my daughter lives, who we were visiting for Christmas.

Negative: It was difficult to locate, some of the instructions didn’t make sense as the gates we were told we would need to enter with a key code were no longer there so we were not sure we were in the right place. The wi-fi code was not available in the apartment that we could see but we messaged the host to receive it. There were two televisions in the property but the two remotes only worked intermittently even when we tried new batteries in them. All the flooring is laminate which makes sense for cleaning but it didn’t make for cosy, but overall the property suited our need for a place to sleep. I caanot comment on host as we did not see them.

Positive: the apartment was spacious and bright, great kitchen with excellent self-catering facilities. The owners have dogs as well which was great for our dog :) The stables with the horses provided a lovely backdrop and the owners were extremely kind and helpful.

Negative: The bed was too soft for our taste. The main road is quite close and at the moment there is a lot of roadworks going on in close proximity.

Summary: Definitely recommend, will be even better once the roadworks nearby are completed.
