Boca Grande is a seven mile long island in the gulf of Mexico accessible by bridge. Our condominium is only 50 steps from the water, has a great view of the gulf of Mexico, accessible to the 7 mile walking beach and is fully furnished with many amenities. . . beach towels, beach chairs, Smart TV in family room and TV in most rooms. Lots books for your reading pleasure, too. Be sure to pack a box for the many shells that you will find. . . Sand dollars, too!
Newer granite kitchen counters in a fully stocked kitchen to meet all of your needs for a quick meal or full dinner. We include a Keurig coffee machine, a crock pot, waffle maker and a 4 slice toaster for quick and easy breakfasts. Many sets of plates for appetizers or dinner on the lanai. Great dinners on the shaded lanai. . .
Large Master Bath has large, walk-in fully tiled shower with hand held shower and an inside bench. Master Bath has double vanity with hair dryer and special guest soaps.
Master bedroom with King bed and guest room with Queen bed with en suite baths for both. Both bedrooms provide a reading area with chair for a cozy spot to relax.
Family Room has two leather couches and two over- sized chairs/ottomans for lounging or for relaxed reading area. Many books in our unit, too! Large screen, Smart TV and is ready for your movies with your Netflix account.
Unit has our own Wi-Fi so coverage and speed time should meet your expectations for work or pleasure. We provide a computer desk in family room for your comfort.
The views from our unit are exceptional. . . garden below, pool beyond and turquois waters ocean view. Unit offers shade in late afternoon which enables you to use lanai for early dinners. Unit # 141 is on the SUN side of the complex so you can enjoy sunning on our open air porch. Pls see the pictures that we've taken to provide a glimpse of the beauty outside your vacation condo.
The town is like Sanibel without all the people. There are no high rise buildings, and relatively few large condominiums. Our condo is on the best beach on the island.
The sunsets are spectacular, shelling is terrific, with sand dollars plentiful most of the year. The dolphins are regular visitors, the fishing in front of the condo is very good.
For bird watchers, the island is home to numerous osprey nests, and eagle nests are off island. Tarpon fishing at the end of the island in spring-summer is world famous. Several excellent golf courses nearby. The quaint shops carry beautiful merchandise.
Our smoke-free condo has newer appliances, new ceramic tile in most areas, wood floors in bedrooms, and a casual feeling to remind you that you're on vacation! It is a first floor, end unit so you have extra light , more relaxing breezes and easy entry with elevator or close to the stairs.
No walkway behind master bedroom guarantees privacy. Parking is under the building. Two porches, one open, one screened. Most meals are eaten outside on the lanai. Friends tell us a visit to the condo is like going to Hawaii, but for a lot less money.
Visitors regularly include celebrities. Katherine Hepburn came here for years. The Bush family has spent several Christmas holidays here, as have a number of movie stars. The island was used for the recent Denzel Washington movie 'Out of Time'.
If you'd like to enjoy dinner at the Gasparilla Inn, pls remember jacket is required for dinner, only. They will provide jackets upon request. Fabulous food and remember to take the Inn "kitchen tour" with Chef on Thursday or Sat.

Summary: My husband and I and our three adult daughters had a completely restful, easy stay at Sea Oats in this beautifully furnished condo. The two patios were used every morning and evening and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we could imagine using during our stay. The beach chairs were a big help and the complex was well-kept. The parking underneath the first floor unit was extremely easy and the one set of stairs was simple and brought us directly to our unit. The bedrooms were comfortable and both bathrooms were updated and very nice with spa touches. There was plenty of storage in the closets as well as the bedroom dressers, and the bathrooms both had lots of cabinet space for our items. In addition, we had lots of bath towels to use. The condo was in great condition, seemed freshly painted and all the furniture was gorgeous. As an Interior Designer, I admired how they chose to furnish their home. It is truly a little piece of heaven with a view to the pool and beach beyond. We are hoping to visit again! Sea Oats is a short 20 minute bike ride to town and the kids loved our rides in the golf cart we rented. Very easy and relaxing vacation! Owners were extremely responsive too. All in all a 10/10

Summary: Our first time in Boca - very enjoyable!! Loved our condo - spacious, nicely decorated and well-appointed - especially the kitchen. Beach was amazing - large, flat and easily walkable. Large, heated pool - great for swimming laps.First-class restaurants on & off the island. Everyone we met were so friendly. Looking forward to getting back to Boca !!!

Summary: This Sea Oats unit was very clean, fresh and tastefully decorated. The condo complex itself sits directly on a beautiful stretch of beach and has a nice, family friendly atmosphere. Summary: We had a very peaceful and relaxing stay here. We hung out at the pool, took the beach chairs out to watch the sunset and enjoyed the deck early in the morning. I highly recommend it and hope we have the opportunity to stay here again!

Summary: Let me first say, we have been coming to the gulf islands since 1978. Needless to say, we have rented a lot of different properties. This condo, by far is the loveliest we have ever rented. The photos are beautiful, but do not do it justice. The decor is light, airy, with a coastal vibe. The interior is very thoughtfully done for maximum relaxation, but with a calming atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped to handle any cooking task. Any possible utensil you could want is there, including cookware. The bath is fully stocked with fluffy towels, beach towels, bath rugs and vanity mirrors. There are enough beach chairs and accessories that you don't need to go purchase or rent anything. The beach was quiet and secluded; quite I few days we were the only people on the beach. So quiet, so relaxing! The pool is lovely, clean, with many chairs and lounges. Definitely rent a golf cart to run up and down the path to restaurants, shopping and visit the 2 lighthouses. Everyone at the realty office was great. Joy is; well a "joy" to work with. From the moment I placed the reservation, Joy was communicating with me, finding out what questioned I may have and giving information on restaurants, rentals, etc. Overall, we had a spectacular time and can not wait to return!
