Just a 10 to 15 mins ride (Taxi or Didi App) to Santo Domingo or the interest zone in downtown instead of walking 10-20 or more mins. Downtown is a very large area and can be challenging to walk to the walkable area. (heat, traffic, crowds)

Summary: The home is in a residential neighborhood, but is a peaceful place to relax after exploring el centro. The home, grounds and pool were beautiful and had plenty of space for two families with children. Everyone enjoyed cooking at home, hanging out with the peacock, and swimming in the pool. It was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay - pool towels, cookware, Bluetooth speaker, hairdryers, etc. The host was also very helpful, checking in to make sure we did not need anything. We found several good restaurants we could walk to nearby, but having a rental car was helpful to go to the grocery, for day trips, and to get downtown. Would highly recommend.

Summary: We had an incredible time staying at this dream property, everything is so well set so guests can enjoy every single space. This home, as it name indicates, is really unique in Oaxaca (3rd time visiting this lovely city), so comfortable, peaceful, beautiful, cozy, and I can keep describing it and never ending. The host really knows what he's doing and made sure we had a perfect time at the city and the property. BEST VACATION HOME WE'VE EVER STAYED !!! BOOK IT NOW.
