Positive: Cold showers. Overly complicated lighting. Stingy breakfast buffet. Staff were nice but owner is clearly stingy.

Negative: Cold showers post 3 surgeries. Staff tried to fix but it stayed cold. Laundry tried to charge me for a pillow case covered in sebum from my surgery despite not being able to shower for 4 days. Put me in another room and another cold shower. Not warmish. Cold.

Summary: Nice staff. Terrible owners.

Positive: Staff, decor, atmosphere - beautiful, generous, delightful, accomodating - truly special.

Negative: The food needs a little more attention. Our first meal was not great considering Ambrosia is 4 star - we are spoiled for Thai food in Australia so our expectations were high. Breakfast buffet also minimal options - fruit in particular - Our second dinner meal was much better - yet its recommended level of food prep be consistent. We still loved our stay.

Summary: Beautiful design, delightful staff, great location if you are happy to travel by boat - a pearl.

Positive: Room is nice and fresh with good size. Roof-top and river-side swimming pools are both well maintained, nice view and relaxing. Helpful and welcoming staff at the hotel restaurant, limited selection at buffet but the a-la-carte breakfast was nice.

Negative: Limited ferry service - the ferry captain was just idling and resting on the boat most of the time, highly suggest hotel management to reconsider offering to take guests anytime upon request (the nice property being on the riverside is such a great selling point - not so much if with the limited hourly ferry). Also no ferry service to Asiatique, which could have saved so much time rather than a shuttle car ride. The first room we stayed had issues with TV, phones and internet. Got changed to another room type after complaining.

Summary: Charming and relaxing hotel on the riverside. Service could've been better.

Positive: The location of the hotel was perfect, the hotel is incredible, the staff is carrying and extremely polite. I enjoyed having dinner on the top roof, beside the pool, with an amazing view. Definitely, it will be again my first choice whenever travelling to Bangkok.

Negative: I didn't find something negative. I left with great memories and can't think about something I didn't like

Positive: Great little Hotel, good location.it was very quiet at night . Breakfast included was good selection and well presented

Negative: Staff are not trained well , the level of English for an international Hotel was very poor. The front desk staff knew little about the local area and couldn't offer much advice. We don't blame the staff , management needs to train them better..Some things in the modern room we found over complicated particularly the lighting at night finding the correct switch was frustrating. The shower also while seemingly a great idea was complicated to use and we couldn't get hot water at the basin at all...but with all that we would stay again. .

Summary: A good Hotel that could be a great Hotel.

Positive: Liked the bright modern architecture, practical rooms and public spaces, with a bit of luxury. Enjoyed the boutique scale of the building. Was well within easy access to the central city by grab (which we mostly used) and the shuttle boat.

Negative: No real downsides. Being good walkers, and liking local sights would have enjoyed more tips on where to go locally. But don’t let that put anyone off.

Negative: A bit isolated. Rooftop pool area not cared for. Apart fragments breakfast adequate. Advertised with balcony but not really. We. Pulse not work out the sophisticated lighting
