Summary: Check-in went well. Overall impression of the room good and clean. Good bed with good pillows with pillow choice. Housekeeping good and daily clean. The only problem i had was that the room was in the entrancetunnel for the car parking of the hotel. So a lot of noise from people that come and go and from other social activities that were held there at the time of my stay. Room has not that good of sound isolation to keep the sounds to a minimum. So not every night we've slept very well. Overall the room is well-sized and clean and everything works fine within the room

Summary: Very nice staff. Helpful and courteous. Room ok. Ask for a larger chair. One that I had was fit for a Munchkin. Bathroom a little dim. Led lights but you will manage. It’s an interesting layout. You’ll see what I mean. Breakfast was excellent. Food was delicious and awesome. No complaints. Wonderful staff

Summary: Rooms have smell, drake, not comfortable and for the traffic, that's not more choice to come although they have shuttle bus to or come back from icon siam, but the time is not useful. Will no more choice to stay this hotel

Summary: For us the bed was to hard.Sore back every morning. Internet didn’t work for 3 days after reporting it several times.Unable to turn of all the lights at night unless you removed the entrance card which in turn turned off the A/C(Not ideal).Very limited storage space for clothes etc.
