Positive: We were coming from North Carolina for a wedding and we had four generations of our family coming to stay including my elderly parents. I wanted to find a place that would make everyone in my family feel like they had found a home away from home. This beautiful home was everything I could ask for and more. The house was roomy enough for us to be together and have family time but each family unit also had their own spacious bedrooms to get away on their own when they needed to. The hot tub/pool was also a great retreat after busy days out and about. Lastly, this is the first time I have ever experienced a vacation rental where our host had created such an inviting atmosphere in the home. It was as if she had anticipated our every need and accomodated it. Our family had a wonderful time.

Positive: I've stayed in all kinds of places in my life and this house would have to be one of the very best! We were two families staying here (8 adults in total) and every one of us was completely satisfied with every aspect of this massive home. The rooms were all decorated beautifully. Beds were comfy and the linen is top quality! There were a number of different places in the house to hang out including a gym. The kitchen was incredible and so well stocked with every kind of appliance you could ask for and more than adequate items in the pantry to help you cook great meals. The bathrooms were all well appointed and had all kinds of amenities including face masks, which were a lovely touch. The pool and hot tub and all of the outdoor area was really fantastic and we took advantage of these great facilities. The owner was an absolutely lovely person to deal with, as was Sam who greeted us upon arrival. I feel like both completely understand going above and beyond working in the hospitality industry. If we could give 15/10 we would.

Negative: Nothing to criticise in this house at all! Perhaps the only small thing I didn't like was finding out there was a pool/hot tub heating fee after booking and payment. I think this should be made upfront during the booking process. It was a reasonable amount, so that wasn't an issue.

Summary: A great home for a large group, and one of the best homes I have ever booked.
