Summary: We came in to town to visit nearby family. Check-in to the property was delayed by a few due to last-minute cleaning. The curb appeal of the property was not as good as it could be. Some minor yard work could go a long way. That said, the house itself was spacious and phenomenal. We had plenty of room to sleep and entertain. The only issue we had was with the furniture in the loft. The sofa looked nice, but actually didn’t have any springs in the seat cushion area and almost “swallowed” a family member. We had to make that sofa off limits. Beyond that, which I am sure the owner will fix, the home was definitely worth the rate. Further the hist and manager were very kind, which means we will reach out to them the next time we need a rental in town.

Summary: This property has a lot of potential just minor fixer uppers that need to be done. I had to email owners at 4 am on a Sat to inform them of the downstairs bathroom getting clogged twice 1 & 4 am d having to use the plunger to unclog it. It had poor flushing flow. I was very upset having to deal with this at these hours of the night. The owners did not respond until almost midnight Sat night and when they did I was told theres 2 other bathrooms in the house and that its not recommended to put paper in there and that someone must have put paper in there. So we stopped using the downstairs bathroom and had to use the 2 upstairs bathrooms for the remainder of our trip. Master bathroom had no light we had to use our flashlights or leave the door open when used. When we first pulled up to the house it looked like it was in foreclosure as the weeds were overgrown and the yard was not maintained neither was the back. We rented this property for 7 kids and we couldn't let them outside to play as again the yard was overgrown and not maintained. 5 blind slates were missing in the kitchen. In 2 of the upstairs bedrooms there were no privacy curtains, you could see straight in during the night if the lights were on. So you needed to change in the bathroom and the sun shines right through at 5 am waking you up. There was no light in the refrigerator. And in each bedroom you expect to flick up the light switch and a light turn on but when you did nothing turned on, all lamps flick on

Summary: Loved this home with a cute back yard that allowed us to have some much needed time together with visiting relatives. Needed a little bit of yard clean up but other than that the spot was perfect & we will be back soon. :) thank you!
