Positive: We loved how new and clean everything was, as well as the amazing bath! The location was excellent (within walking distance from Hakone Yumoto station). I also appreciated the guide that they sent over before we arrived at the property, which made check-in much easier. A good option for multi-generational families looking to stay somewhere reasonably priced in Hakone.

Negative: We weren't able to use the vacuum cleaner, as there didn't seem to be anywhere to charge it, and it had no power, so we couldn't keep the floors as clean as we wanted to. We also experienced some difficulties with the wifi - nobody seemed able to connect to it. The property/car park were quite tricky to find and use (especially in the dark), so be careful if you plan to stay with a bigger car.

Positive: This property was beautifully laid out with quality fixtures and fittings. Excellent communication for our check in, which was only shortly after a last minute booking. Walking distance to a selection of restaurants and easy access to a local convenience store. The bathroom was stunning. We only stayed one night but could’ve happily stayed longer.

Negative: The property was exceptional. The only issue we had was not finding an iron.

Positive: Temari Premier North was a fantastic place to stay! the Home was clean and comfortable and that Bath is the kind a girl dreams of! It was a big enough stay for our family of six and although it only has one shower it has two toilets, which is a necessity for a bigger family. The owner was kind and responded quickly to any messages sent to them. I highly recommend staying here and will stay in the future! Added note for those taking the hakone loop there is a hus stop on the way back that is a two minute walk away from the home ( super helpful after a long day of walking)

Negative: The only issue during our stay was that the Wifi was a little finicky. but aside from that it was perfect.
