Positive: The location was perfect for me. Amenities were close by and the neighborhood was cute

Negative: I was not allowed to check in early and there was some areas that were not clean.

Negative: As a Host for my own STR, I think the Vacasa management of this property is poor. The house has an odor! It’s like the cleaners tried to cover it up but it’s a moldy, off smell. Definitely need to change the A/C vent filter. Need more bath towels!!! No bath mat or enough hand towels upstair. Definitely more wine glasses. More glasses in general. Need more sharp chef / cooking knives as well as just place forks & steak knives. The Oven needs cleaning, very smoky at just 350 degrees. Vent and lights over stove top very dirty / greasy Need some disinfect spray cleaner for counter tops and table, like 409. Foil and plastic wrap would have been nice too. All the skillets have lost their non stick and are warped, hence don’t heat properly on electric flat stove top. Last morning finally found a decent skillet stored in a back corner of another cabinet. Might note that the WINE cabinet doesn’t work, even though refrigerator is fine. Printed tv instructions would be great. How to get local stations, which apps are free or require login. Why are there two TVs and non working DVD player, extra remote to confuse….? Front door has no lock; guest instructions should make it clear that you must entry from the back. Front Yard is horrible all dead and dry dirt., sad really.
