Summary: The owner/manager was very easy to deal with. The property was comfortable and clean and had everything that we needed. The best part about the property was the location. It was close to downtown Austin and close to everything! We will definitely return. Thanks Doug.

Summary: Very cozy cabin in the middle of the city but you feel like you have space. Lots to do around and easy to get to places by walking or rideshare. Doug was great communicating the whole time. We will be back!

Summary: After 6 days of busy hotels in San Antonio, we enjoyed a relaxing 2 days here. We were able to walk to kayaking and Nature park.

Summary: Doug was an excellent host. We had a really great time. It’s a cute cabin. It’s rustic and could use an updating but it certainly Served its purpose and we felt very safe. I appreciated the washer/dryer as I hate returning home with a bag of dirty clothes

Summary: The location is the greatest part about this place. Very central, which was super convenient for me as I had commitments in both South, North, and East parts of Austin. We LOVED walking right to Lady Bird Lake Trail and couldn't believe how close it was. Only issue I'd like to raise is, that the TV was a bit difficult to figure out. I think the remote's batteries died and we didn't find AAA batteries in the place, so had to manually click the TV to change channels. Not a huge bummer, but I thought I'd flag it for the owner! The communication from the hosts was exceptional. Thank you!
