Positive: Location. Dining and quality of food was exceptional. Staff friendly but lacking in English so thanks google translate. As it was a remote location we were the only Europeans there out of 500+ people so that was fun. Men’s spa and sauna facilities first class.

Negative: Even though on the beach it was very dirty and should be cleaned up. Lots of polystyrene buoys and the broken pieces on high tide mark along with other rubbish. It is visible from hotel so needs attention

Positive: Good variety, the location is nice The food was plenty. Enjoyed to be shuttled to Toba.

Negative: The facility is fairly old. The meal times were handled too rigid, there was no bar after dinner. Not enough fruit variety for breakfast. The beach was full of litter.

Positive: Overall pretty good. Yukata service is great.

Negative: No coffee service. Bunch of unrelated series of furniture. Not well-maintained furniture. Cheap and old slippers. Furniture is really old and nasty. Elevators are slow. Thinking about the number of customers, 2 main elevators are way too few. No coffee in the room, lobby or anywhere else.

Positive: Food, all-inclusive drinks, view-everything is wonderful!! We enjoyed the beach in front of the hotel, which was a bonus!!

Negative: The building itself is old but well-maintained. Still, many items tell us it's an old place.
