Summary: This Hotel/Onsen was very relaxing with nice facilities. The Mikimoto pearl shampoo and body wash that was provided in each room was amazing. The Onsen options was amazing as well the Breakfast and dinners was very high quality and delicious. The shuttle that runs you to the station every hour was very convenient and on time. We had a fantastic stay.

Summary: There was limited American food on the buffet, but the food that was offered was good quality. The Asian options were extensive but for breakfast they do not appeal to us, however we do love Asian foods for lunch and dinner.

Summary: The hotel and the room is beautiful. Kaiseki dinner and the breakfast are both awesome. There is free shuttle bus between toba station and hotel. However, as there is only one onsen place (which is having two hotsprings outdoor and one indoor), it was very very veryyyyyyy crowded like public swimming pool. We attempted twice after dinner time (9pm and 10:30pm) to visit there but both were full that we couldn't get into it. We could only enjoy the hotspring before dinner and before breakfast time. The hotsprings has pearl powder which is quite special. Pls consider to build one more onsen at least.

Summary: Wonderfully traditional Japanese hotel with moderately Western beds. Attractive common areas. Option to have an excellent Western and Japanese-option breakfast at the nearby sister hotel was much appreciated. Beautiful setting. Extremely convenient to town. Excellent shuttle.
