Summary: We took a family vacation here (5 adults, 2 kids) and it was excellent with plenty of space for everyone. It was nice to find games and puzzles to keep the kids entertained while we were indoors. We were very impressed with the house's location and interior design and with the large living room windows you can see the beach from the house. The welcome gift was very generous and appreciated. We would recommend adding toiletries to it as we could not find any extra toilet paper or trash bags (maybe bug spray as mosquitoes can be bad, even on the very short walk to the beach). For a house and welcome gift so nice, not having extra toilet paper felt like skimping in an unnecessary area. That said, we did not ask about it and we probably should've at least asked. We did have trouble connecting to wifi the first afternoon. The property manager was very responsive to text messages and had someone out to check it first thing in the morning. Fortunately the issue resolved itself later that night (I am unsure if someone fixed it remotely or what, but it started working). We enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back.

The kitchen very accommodating since we cooked all our meals there. (Easier with several children) We brought our pizza oven and baked homemade pizzas out back with a view of the beach! It really was delightful. We also rented a 6 seater golf cart and loved the access it gave us to tow everyone around and explore the beach and also some shops and ice cream stops. Communication was exceptional with any questions we had. We would rent here again if ever we go back to Port Aransas!

Summary: Very clean and beach access is right down the street. We have stayed at multiple places in Port A and this is one of the top 3 based on location to beach, layout and cleanliness of property. Only compliant would be hot water is not very hot.
