Summary: The property was well maintained and supplied with necessary items for a stay over. Having 6 bedrooms was important for our family, so we had space for everyone. Definitely heading back to this property during a summer break.

Summary: The house is in a great spot with an easy walk to the beach. Beach access for the car is just a block away. The house fit all of our family with great deck space to sit outside and talk. Pool access was great for the kids. Lee was excellent in helping us move one of our days to the end of the trip due to Hurricane Beryl. The house could use a couple updates but that's really getting nitpicky. Overall an excellent trip and house. Very happy for our week at here.

Summary: The beach house was perfect for our family and friends gathering over the Easter holidays. Lots of room and gathering space where everyone had the opportunity for privacy as needed. Loved the multi levels of the house. Definitely would stay there again.

Summary: The place could use a little more TLC like new paint inside and a few things could be fixed. But overall it’s is great for the price. Nothing was wrong with it and we did enjoy it. I would rent again.

Summary: The location was great and the house was the perfect layout for a group of friends and family. It needs some upkeep though. The dishwasher doesn't wash well and isn't screwed into the cabinet anymore. The wall in the entryway wasn't clean. The upstairs toilet needs the guts replaced. Some of the bathrooms didn't have soap. We requested that and paper towels and didn't receive it.
