Positive: The property is located on the Bondi walk which was great. It has direct access to the walk and the beach front is 7min walk. Nick is a fantastic host. Made sure we had everything we needed with very clear instructions. The apartment is in the best location with walking distance to lovely coffee place M cafe and restuarants on Bondi walk. Nick was so great and he complied a list of attractions and restuarants. He replied to all my messages straight away

Negative: The only thing I would say is that the room and bathroom needs updated. Bed needs replacing. The living room is very modern and you can have an excellent view

Positive: The location was amazingly on the ocean with a great view. It's a short walk to Bondi with plenty of things to do around. The apartment itself had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay in both the lounge and kitchen areas. The owner was so considerate in giving us another night due to poor weather so that we could experience the real sunny Bondi weather. All around amazing.

Negative: Due to weather you could hear the powerful winds against the building, but I had earplugs and eye mask anyway. An extra blanket would've been nice just coz the night got a little chilly, good thing I brought an oodie. Be careful walking towards the front door of the unit, might trip.
