Positive: Great location next to coastal path with beautiful walks and so easy to walk to Bondi itself. Nice spacious home with updated bedrooms. The beds were very comfy and the water pressure was excellent in all bathrooms.

Negative: It’s clear that the interior wood and tiles have just been painted over to give it a ‘beach home look’ unfortunately many areas are now flaking and coming off which made the front porch, bathrooms etc look a bit tatty. The kitchen cupboards were the same. We all had lots of issues getting the door entry system to work through out the stay. Very awkward and time consuming.

Summary: Nice home and great location but needs needs updating more for the price they charge.

Positive: The whole accommodation was great! It had everything we needed and felt like another home. It was incredibly spacious and inviting. The location was perfect for those who wish to be near Bondi beach. The Bondi to Coogee walk was a 2min from the front door. A great place for those with big families or groups.

Negative: It was tricky initially trying to get into the front door, as the touch pad was difficult and a little temperamental. Otherwise nothing else of note.

Positive: The location was excellent. Very close to the coastal path and easy to access Bondi Beach and other coastal areas/ beaches. The apartment itself was very spacious with communal areas that could easily accommodate everyone. The place was very welcoming and it was great having outside space to relax in. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything needed. The beds were very comfortable. All in all a perfect place to stay for a family gathering.

Negative: The keypad system for accessing the property was difficult to operate and although it did eventually work each time it wasn’t easy and felt a bit hit and miss at times.

Positive: Very good location and spacious property. Kitchen was well stocked.

Negative: Property was tired and in need of upgrading. Was not clean when we arrived and had to ask to have it cleaned again. Many soft furnishings were worn and stained. Description and photos in advert did not give a true representation of the property. Not air conditioned throughout. Had to ask for more towels and fans for bedrooms. Windows did not open and locks on them were badly rusted, only patio doors opened for fresh air. Patio furniture was old, tired and stained.

Positive: This property was a very short walk to the coastal trail and Marks Park. It is also easily walkable to both Bondi, Tamarama, and Bronte. The house itself is very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked and comfortable to cook in. My kids loved the football table and assortment of board games and books. We had a great visit!

Negative: Would have loved to stay longer!
