Negative: Using Booking.com. They presented the cost for only one night when I clearly had asked for 2 nights. This was incredibly deceptive. Why would they only present the cost of one night. Yes, they did send an email that stated the total cost and it’s my fault for not checking but it should have been the total cost when I was booking it on their site. I will never use booking.com ever again. I was warned by a friend not to use them! Never ever again!!

Positive: The location was perfect as I had a conference round the corner. Centrally located and great hotel. Loved the slippers and the robes and the rooms were serviced twice daily
