Positive: Nicely appointed rooms with a good range of amenities. Friendly staff and clean rooms.

Negative: Location wise it requires a bit of walk from BART, and we inadvertently walked into the tenderloin district when heading to Powell BART which was a bit unnerving. Strongly recommend to scope your route in advance if planning to walk.

Positive: The fully equipped kitchen was helpful for breakfast prep. Also the one bedroom separate from the living room was great for privacy when travelling with kids.

Negative: We avoided the sales pitch for the vacation club even though they offered extras.

Positive: Great place- the location and facilities were perfect for our trip. Reception staff were really helpful and it was great having an apartment with kitchen and living space for our 5 night stay. The laundry was really useful too (and no extra cost).

Negative: Only thing we didn't like was the push to get us to attend one of their presentations, each time we asked the Concierge for any info they asked us again.
