Positive: great house and location, nice subdivision to stay in ( have stayed at another house in same subdivision before ) the house and layout is great, has a pool and jacuzzi on deck and is mostly private and gets good sun if you like swimming nude, the location is great if you are going to parks ( little way out on US27 but easy layout and roads ) has plenty of shopping, grocery etc. places.

Negative: everything was great, had an issue with one room and sofa but was very minor and really didnt use the one bedroom anyway
