Negative: Unable to get in through the gate at the gated entrance on because of issues with the gate on lots of occasions and did raise with the management company. Pool area not great two old sunbeds one is right on the edge of the pool nearly overhanging the pool another one is tucked away in corner. Sunbeds are poor quality. Parasol is broken. Area around pool is really small there are not enough sunbeds. No pool towels provided been renting villas for 25 years never not had any pool towels. You get one bath towel and 1 hand towel each never had this before always been plenty of towels.No spare pillows no spare blankets. In my opinion I thought the villa lacked that homely feel. Villa does need some updating towel rails are broken on the walls. The positives are that the location is great close to everything. The themed children’s bedrooms are great. The villa was clean.
Summary: Villa is ok but lacked a homely feel.

Positive: This home has everything that you could ask for and more, and the air-conditioning kept the house at a really comfortable temperature. The themed rooms are really cute if you have children and the adult rooms are perfect with en-suite to both, comfy beds. We used the huge washing machine and tumble dryer alot and handy not to have any washing to do when you get home. Although it is a 40 minute drive from theme parks, there is plenty of places around the property to explore, local walmart aldi and publix so close by. The property does have a bbq but we did not use this due to the weather being so hot and the pool was a welcome relief any time of day. All in all we loved it thank you so much.
Negative: In previous properties we have stayed there was a go to folder with information about the area useful numbers to call, information about local things to do, check out day etc this would be very beneficial. Also staff need to be sure of the information they are giving you as we had a bit of a run around when the main gate code stopped working on our first day and also telling us there was a community dumpster on site for rubbish on the last day but as we found out there is definately not.

Positive: The house was cute and decorated very well. The pool area was nice and the location was close enough to everything. The neighborhood was quiet and well kept.
Negative: Several pieces of decorations were broken. Some closet doors were broken. A lot of paint needs touched up. It definitely could use a deeper clean in between guests. Sand was still on the floor from the previous guests. Party decorations were still there from the last guests as well. They only provided one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one paper towel roll for a house that sleeps twelve people for a week. Also no cleaning supplies were accessible to allow us to clean up. We only had a couple tabs of dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent and a small bottle of dish soap. For people who fly in, it’s very inconvenient to have to go buy these supplies and then Leave them.
Summary: The house was great for our vacation minus a few inconveniences.

Positive: Perfect location. Nice size rooms. Themed room great for kids
Negative: The hidden charges when booked through booking.com. Wonder vacation homes charge you extra for facilities booking.com advertised as included. For example. Games console, dvds and games for kids were a lot extra per week (they had removed them from house) bbq you had to pay extra for gas. Heating the pool per day (this was expected but still another fee) customer services sent regular messages asking how your stay was but never responded to your comments or did but then never followed up. For example broken plug socket on child’s bed, said would send someone out but never did.

Positive: The themed rooms were great for the kids, and the pool was a plus. They had fun in it after long days at Disney. Everything was exactly how it was advertised.
Negative: There wasn't much we didn't like about it. But if I had to name something it would be that the cleaning crew must be short. There was leftover paperwork and heavy dust on top of the refrigerator but I am 6'4. But that's just me nit-picking. Overall it was very clean.
