Its privileged location in a quiet area allows you to do everything on foot or by bus: Solidor port 10 mins walk, beaches within 600 m, park with children's games at the door, all shops within 200 m and market 2 times a week, Tuesdays and Fridays.
You can also walk to Intra-Muros in 25 minutes by walking along the beach of Bas-Sablons. Alternatively, it is possible to take the bus, the stop is 250 m away, which will take you directly to the foot of the castle and the ramparts.
The terrace is equipped with a large round table with turntable and parasol, a small picnic table for children, and 2 sun loungers.
I attach great importance to the cleanliness of the premises. For your comfort, the sanitary facilities are disinfected before your arrival.

Summary: Beautiful Appartement, i was surprised how spacious it really is! Kitchen is fully equipped, bathroom modern and chic. All in all a tastefully decorated appartement! The parking lot was a great add-on, and so was the huge terrace, where we enjoyed our dinner and a glass of wine. ;-) . Rozenn is a great host with an eye for details that makes you really feel welcomed! Beautiful stay! :-)

Summary: The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. It is tastefully and comfortably furnished and was super clean on our arrival. Another plus is the parking for the car. The location is ideal, in a few minutes you can walk to La Cité or in 20 minutes to Intra Muro. There is also much to discover right in Saint-Servan. Rozenn is an attentive and sympathetic host. This apartment is an absolute recommendation!
