Positive: Staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was clean, comfortable and secure. Room was laid out well with useful, well-made furniture and an excellent bed. Had mi quang for breakfast and it was sensational.

Positive: It's on very good quiet location, not so far from Old town, no problem to walk there. The room and balcony was good size, bathroom was very good, bed comfy. People who works here trying their best to be at your service day and night.

Negative: Not complains but what to expect: Swimming pool is more for refreshing, for swimming almost immposible is shorter than you think from photos. But in hot days it's great as it is. For breaktfast there are some options and they are great if you are staying only few days. If you stay longer it can be challenging, sometimes they offer us even something what they don't have on menu, they trying their best. I will prefer to get 2 drinks for breakfast (juice and coffee) but you can choose only 1. The internet was little bit unstable. Speed was okay, around 30-50 MBs, but it was difficult to work on computer, often I had to switch to my mobile hotspot or work on coffee places in Hoi an, which is very common way how to work in this city.

Summary: Good quiet location, very good rooms, beds, bathroom and amazing people working here.

Positive: Our host Nguyen and family were so welcoming and obliging. We are elderley, so given rioms on the ground floor. Very spacious, open and clean with a balcony. Just step outside and into the pool. Breskfast was great, whatever we wanted, either vietnamese traditional or eggs every way. Our stay was during Independence week, we were offered to celebrate with the famiky, but had to decline as it was our last night in Hoi An. Property is within walking distance of old town and many restaurants and Mini bar close by.Especially 'Redbean Restaurant' We thank you for a wonderful stay.
