Positive: This hotel was quite a find, have stayed here twice now and it is lovely, the room is spacious and the bed is comfortable, we loved sitting on the balcony and watching the river, the family are so friendly and helpful, they can organise things to do or transport, and walking distance to old town or they have complimentary bikes to ride around, thank you for all our great memories Anriva we will see you again I’m sure.

Positive: We had a lovely stay! The rooms are spacious and clean, with a lovely balcony. The pool was a good refreshment as it was very hot in Hoi An. The family that runs this place is friendly and makes a delicious breakfast (vegetarian options available). The bicycles were a bit old and squeaky but we could use them for free, which was very nice to explore the city and countryside.

Positive: Beautiful place with a spacious room; I especially loved the bathroom. Great location—it's within easy walking distance of the Old Town, yet still a bit quieter. The owners were truly nice.

Negative: There was loud noise from the street as there is a local restaurant nearby, and I also felt like some noise was coming from the hallway or the room across from us; therefore, I had trouble falling asleep.

Summary: Great value for money. Highly recommended! :)

Positive: A lovely couple that ran the property. The rooms were spacious, modern and recently renovated. The location was perfect within walking distance to old town and a great daily breakfast was provided. Also loved the free bikes they had on offer which allowed us to explore more of Hoi an.

Positive: Lovely young local family as hosts.Its always good to support people like this trying to make a living in a competitive environment.Overall I was delighted with my accomodation.The room had a splendid view over the river confluence.It was clean and comfy with a balcony to appreciate the view. It is well located about a 10 minute walk/15 minutes stroll into the Old Town but has plenty of nearer amenities!

Negative: The room where I stayed is right at the top of the property and there is no lift so please bear this in mind if mobility is an issue. The balcony could do with some comfy chairs yes it does have some but they are really not suitable for relaxing But overall no real negatives!

Positive: Our hosts at Anriva were warm and welcoming. The communal dinning provided a great opportunity to connect with other guests. The accommodation was really well positioned for exploring Hoi An... we just walked everywhere. And it was still relatively peaceful considering how close it was to all the action. Lovely room and fabulous view of the river.

Negative: No complaints at all. Lovely location with wonderful.hosts.

Positive: Huge room and fabulous views. Good value for money. Quiet location which was great for us as our party included children. Breakfast was basic but cooked freshly and totally adequate for us. The host did try to help us with the issues and also sorted us out with tickets etc for Ba Na Hills which was great. 10-20 min walk to the centre of Hoi An.

Negative: Pool was tiny, not suitable for swimming. This was a big downside for us as we had kids who wanted to swim and we were expecting a pool we could use. Lack of breakfast choice. We had to ask for juice, as we were only offered tea or coffee. Eggs the only breakfast option (along with lovely fruit to be fair) but our group were fine with that. Our room sink tap wasn’t working (bathroom was fine) No TV (apparently being repaired) but that didn’t bother us as we were out and about. The rooms were not cleaned or refreshed on a daily basis (wasn’t a biggie to be fair). We had to wait for our water to heat up but once I realised that, it wasn’t a problem.

Positive: The owner of the accommodation were very nice and kind. Also the breakfast was very good. Location directly at the river was also great.

Negative: Unfortunately the lock of the room was not really working properly. Also we had a room with a connecting door to a different room and could hear every word of the other guests speaking.

Negative: There was a little bit of a leak in our kitchen sink on the last day, but it wasnt a major issue.
