Positive: Literally everything. The location is so great, right on the main street through Santa Clara. The house itself is extremely spacious, and very nicely furnished. And the pool! Swimming on Christmas wasn't on my 2024 Bingo card, but because it's heated and indoors, we all swam and had a blast! Also, I loved the website for the house that answered every question I had and laid out all pertinent info in such an easy to find way.

Negative: Literally nothing. This is one of the best rental home experiences we have ever had.

Summary: Perfection.
