Positive: Very roomy and in a great location.

Negative: The mattresses in some of the rooms were a little too firm for some guests

Summary: Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Positive: Access to the home was with a pass code that was sent to me along with excellent directions on how to get to the home. The VACASA customer service was very responsive to any text or calls that I made to them. The pool , lazy river and splash park was so refreshing to adults and kids alike.

Negative: It would have been nice to have a broom available for any quick clean up like when the kids spilled cornflakes while filling their bowl LOL. Also the Nintendo game console was missing the cords and also the power outlet seemed to be faulty as when we plugger our personal Nintendo game console it appears to have shorted our own game console. This was reported to the customer service and noted.
