Negative: Not being able to use the cooktop to cook our meals. Contacted Sweett to let them know, they said someone had come in and fixed it, they sent a video showing they had done it but it was not our cooktop in the apartment on the video. The reason we booked the appartment was to be able to cook our meals. Also no plug for the kitchen sink asked cleaners but they said sorry we don't have one. They ask that you clean up after yourself but very hard without a plug.

Positive: Nice size for a few nights. The bed was comfortable and the small bathroom functional. Being close to shops, buses and the Metro make it so convenient. We like to have a Small Kitchenette. Access to a washing machine was also a bonus (housed on the ground floor).

Negative: Although it had a small kitchen, it is not very useful as it lacks facilities. For example no toaster, no plug for the sink (what a water waster), no microwave cookware, and no small saucepan. We were able to make do though - boiled eggs in the frypan.

Positive: The accommodation was in a great location, facilities were wonderful (well equipped kitchen and everything you could need in the accommodation in general reakly), apartment on a while was very comfortable and the staff were always very friendly and helpful with constant communication.

Negative: I had an issue where I didn't have hot water for 3 out of the four days I was there (shower was only luke warm - lu my it was hot during my stay) and it was never actually resolved despite reporting it a number of times and staff saying they were addressing the issue. So that wasn't great but everything else was wonderful.

Summary: Overall a very comfortable and enjoyable experience that made my stay in Brussels even more memorabl
