Positive: Location is close to all tourist spots and metro station.

Negative: Had little hurdle to get the key and understand the access information initially but once we used once we got used and it became easy.

Summary: Excellent apartment close to metro, tourist spots, metro and has all basic requirements to cook etc.

Positive: Great location near the train station & the 'La Grand Place' plaza area (major tourist site). Everything we needed was supplied (washer / dryer, etc.), and as we were at the rear of the building, it was very quiet.

Negative: The flat was originally book for four adult men, but we ended up being only three - there was one double bed & one hide-abed, which would be okay for two couple - it would have been a bit cramped for four people. But this is minor, we were fine.

Positive: The location is great, we explored the Grand Place a lot which was an easy 10 minute walk for oldies. Sablon is closer and lovely with lots of nice restaurants and especially visit the church near Spar supermarket. You can catch the tram here but buses are even closer to the apartment. The apartment has great security and a lift, Dragos was excellent answering all our queries. The kitchen is very well equipped but no working space. Washing machine is a plus.Good strong shower but does cover the floor with water. I would recommend.

Negative: Contrary to what others have said, the mattress is really soft and for our ages, 63 and 71, it was very difficult. Younger people probably wouldn't notice.

Positive: I actually stayed at this apartment twice. I had made 2 separate bookings for 2 different sets of dates. Both times I stayed at this apartment were great. It is a very nice apartment, with a very comfortable bed, and awesome WI-FI. All of my texts to the host, Dragos, were responded to very quickly. He was very helpful, and accommodating. The apartment is located very close to Grand Place, and other areas of interest in Brussels. If you are going to stay in Brussels, I highly recommend this apartment.
