Positive: I absolutely loved the location—just a quick 10-minute ride to shopping, which was so convenient. The place smelled wonderfully fresh and clean, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was incredibly thoughtful, texting us to ensure our arrival and departure went smoothly, which made our stay even more special. It was such a romantic experience, and I can't wait to return! I really hope they continue with their fantastic prices, because it made everything even more enjoyable. LOVED the beautiful swan!

Negative: Wish they had hooks to hang our towels and a hair dryer.

Positive: The little chalet was cute and cozy, the cabin was fairly clean for the most part, however I don’t think the cleaning service ever mops the floors, we got out of the shower and walked to our bed to get dressed and out our feet was black, I took a towel and wiped the floor to see and it was black, other than that it was a nice place to stay, failure on the cleaning staff in my opinion. The staff was very kind and I didn’t have the heart to say anything when we checked out a day early.

Negative: The staff was very nice and the location was close to Gatlinburg.

Summary: It was our anniversary trip and we enjoyed our stay.

Positive: The cabin was very cozy. We enjoyed both the hot tub and the heart shaped jet tub.

Negative: Having to leave the cabin was hard. We couldn’t wait to book our next trip for the fall to celebrate our 30 year anniversary.

Summary: Our stay at Sweet Memories cabin was above and beyond all expectations. We will be back!!

Positive: Location was fantastic for Gatlinburg and or Pigeon Forge. Literally like a 10 min drive at that! Cabin was super cute, clean and bed/pillows very comfortable. Perfect Cabin for Romance for 2.

Negative: Could have used a couple more hooks to hang towels hoddies/coats on but that's it
