Summary: My friend and I stayed for the weekend . We were so pleased with the condo. The rooms were gorgeous. One of the light switches in the bedroom was broke off, so the fan had to be manually switched. The location was a little tricky to pull in an out of with the way that the traffic ran. Refrigerator ( no ice maker or water dispenser) was a little outdated. Walking to Gatlinburg was all downhill, so that was easy, but we took a trolley ride back up the hill. We did not use the pool, but it looked very nice. I believe one of the rooms is listed with a tub and

Summary: My husband and I always enjoy staying at the Gatehouse. The condos are very spacious and overlook the roaring fork creek. They are very close to town, either to walk or drive. We did appreciate the updates recently completed in this unit. The kitchen while not overly stocked had the necessities and plenty of storage areas for the items we bring from home. We also appreciated the blackout curtains on the bedroom windows. Sitting on the corner balcony, having coffee, listening to the creek was wonderful. We loved the fireplace on cool mornings and evenings. The keyless entry was perfect and the parking space for this unit is very convenient to the stairs. There was an issue with communication; I was willing to overlook the initial issue but we never received a message to ensure everything was OK upon check in nor a response from a message I sent after checking in regarding cleanliness. The condo was not necessarily dirty but it also was not very clean. I am particular and do bring my own cleaning supplies but there was no mop available. The floors had not been swept or mopped. While the newer furniture looks nice it was a little uncomfortable. The Nest thermostat never stayed on the settings we programmed. These issues did not hinder our stay and overall we really enjoyed staying in this unit. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Summary: This condo is in a GREAT location in Gatlinburg. Just off the beaten path off the "strip". The condo is spacious and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here if we were in the area again! The property manager was very attentive and happy to help!

Summary: Spacious condo, I love how it has 2 king beds, nice updated bathrooms and open floor plan between kitchen and living room. The balcony is big and over looking the River. We are able to walk to town as well.
